Wellingtons at the ready, Shed at the ready, but its blinking throwing it down. My Rose (Silver Jubilee ) really showing good growth. Both my Dicentra,s look great also. Cuttings seem quite healthy but plants are rising in the lawn borders that are not weeds so a bit of excitement there I think. Greenhouse waiting for plants but have had to reduce work a little this year. Getting a new piece of woodworking kit though that I hope will enhance my second hobby. My Hebe plant will keep me busy with cuttings and neighbors have promised some cuttings from their gardens. Its all amounting to a great year really. Will keep you in picture when I can get out their. Take care all, hope the weather gets better for every one. Tony

Hi Tony, thanks for getting us all in the work outdoors
mood.
I still struggle with my walking stick. It will be several
months before my bones are back to normal, if ever.
My history project is now up to AD 82.
Plan to visit the farmer in the village to ask permission to
walk in his fields this summer searching for 'wastings'
these were the reject and broken pots that our ancestors
chucked on one side from their kilns.
Seems they were smashed by the ploughs in subsequent
years, bits can be found by the diligent field rambler.

Other Goyers might be interested in browsing the furrows
searching for them.

hi Terra My good lady has put a ban on future playstations for Rocky. Cleaning them can be quite a chore it appears. I made Rocky a swing on a wooden base plate that he always enjoys. In addition i put a ring of little ball,s on it and two bell,s for him to make a noise with. He will not leave it alone on the lounge carpet. I think its on one of my recent GOY photo,s. I have in mind picture frames, but i mold the wood to my own patterns. Freinds were impressed on seeing my desighns last year. Hope crocus is fine, the doggies always look great. Take care terra Tony
