The Garden Community for Garden Lovers

Just took a stroll around the lawn and it seems the rain has done wonders to the lawn and most of my plants . I suddenley realized i am not so far from my gardening dream becoming true. Nature appears to have a habit(for me at least) of prooving my assumptions quite wrong. I was,nt sure the season would be good in march. Our little Forrest flame (Pieris) is still small but full of bright red stem tips. It dropped its main leaves a few weeks ago but now looks really good. Delta Sara (Fuchsia) cuttings are thriving ,and my vinca and ivy cuttings are taking off really. But its my Rose cutting that took my eye , its grown a second leaf. Well its a small thing but for me its what i wanted to see. Nearley completed the bird bath stand and my cold frame is bursting with plant growth. Great season so far so thankyou Goy members for your advice and i apologise to nature for my bad judgement. Take care all and enjoy Tony
