Had breakfast then attempted to read a story to Tiny about how a budgie should behave when one is trying to read. Did,nt work soppy blighter wanted another kiss. At this point i realized my good lady had disappeared,found it most unusual. I waited until i heard her at the kitchen door and i asked " are you alright dear? she replied “all is well hope you like how i have tidied your shed”. Sheer panic ensued as my mind wandered to a previous occasion when this happened and i had to use a metal detector to find my electric saw. In a daze I wandered into my shed ,ecky thump my spanners gone, my screwdrivers gone ,no Router to be seen. Worktop spotless i sat with Lucy and turned to use my portable radio, blooming heck gone. Plan B went into the greenhouse and their on the staging was my portable. Straight away i thought " what a nice gesture all i need now is to borrow the paper off Tiny". Yes a wet but enjoyable day. You seem to be getting all our rain, I was working in my bottom greenhouse this morning and I heard it rain, swear I counted about 20 spots, very heavy ones landing above my head, it was windy, cold and very dark clouds scudding very quickly down the hill away from my garden and if I hadn`t heard it I would never have noticed...
Hubby on holiday this week so this morning he mended our outer door, thats a good job well done says he very proudly and only took about an hour, yes said I and over 6mths to get around to it, plus I had to be the dogsbody and pass the tools, bless him..

Och, poor you! They're not lost, you know...just misplaced! At least when you find them you know that your good wife will have had them scrubbed sparkling clean! I do hope you find them soon, because, by my reckoning, Tiny has swiped them to start construction on his own dastardly version of the 'Black Pig' pirate ship! Ah Har Jim Lad! If you find any planks missing out of the floor of your shed, I'd start getting very worried!

hi sixpence My tools were all in my tool drawer but what i put in my tool drawer was gone. my secret tin of biccys has also been confiscated. Shocking state of affairs. take care

hi libet Tiny likes the idea of a ship for him and indeed so do i. It means i can sail him off to a distant monastery that can teach him not to talk until spoken to. Please don,t encourage him to dismember my shed floor Libet he is easiley led (LoL). Take care

Lovely photo s of Lucy and Tiny enjoying him self. Lol about the shed clean out haha so where had all your tools gone then. Its been windy, hot, cold today here.
