But I would think so, I know tomato fertiliser has different dilution rates & concentrations dependant upon brand.

Not guide, but I was under impression fertiliser, when mixed, should be “weak tea” shade
But of course who knows what dyes are added to the bottle mix in manufacture.

It will depend on the brand. resist making it strnger as it can draw water out of plant cells and if not taken up by the plant then it is wasted [or feeds the weeds too].
