Hi all. I want to cut back my Azalias,perhaps about three or four inches.Would this reduce the blooms next year? I wait your replies. D P Thomas

I have an evergreen Azelea that I give a little bit of a trim to every year to keep it compact.
In Japan they shear Azealeas when they last of the flowers are just going over . I have never bucked up the courage to do this to mine as yet !
